At The Snuggling Company, many of our products are made with care, creativity, and personal attention.
Some items may be ready-made, while others may be custom, personalised, bespoke, digitally created, or made-to-order. Because of this, the time it takes to receive your order may include several stages, including design review, customer clarification, creative development, production, quality checking, packaging, dispatch, shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.
We want every order to feel special, but we also want to be clear: custom and personalised products take time.
This Shipping Policy explains how our production and delivery process works, what may affect timelines, and what you should expect when placing an order with The Snuggling Company, a trading brand of Neurobay Ltd.
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
For ready-made products, processing is usually faster. For custom, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order products, processing may take longer because your order may require creative review, design preparation, manual checks, customer clarification, and production planning.
2. Production Times
Production time is the time required to create, prepare, and quality check your item before it is shipped. Unless clearly stated otherwise, any production timeframe provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Times
Shipping time is the time it takes for your parcel to travel from the point of dispatch to the delivery address. All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping & Customs
International shipping can take longer than domestic delivery and may be affected by customs, import checks, duties, taxes, local delivery providers, and destination-country logistics. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price of your order or shipping fee.
5. Address Accuracy
